I was introduced to the Meijer team via a childhood friend who handles business development for the powerhouse company that is Siwek Construction.
Siwek is the primary construction company for all private-label Meijer locations in Michigan, and needed a local designer to handle photography for all new builds, along with various branding and marketing assets. This includes full photography portfolios of each build, pitch decks, 1-page briefs, in-store directional signage, and other various creative assets.

In early 2021 I was tasked with creating a fresh and innovative approach for client kick-off meetings, and how they may navigate the initial steps of creating a virtual event. This culminated in the creation of a client portal, which streamlined client experiences and mitigated stress.

In addition, I was responsible for developing long range growth / competitive strategies to enhance sales and brand presence.
One stand out project was working with Disney / Pixar on the Coco movie release in 2017. Disney was looking for a guitar manufacturer to team up with to release a series of instruments in tandem with the movie launch. My portion of the project included product development, graphic design for marketing assets, packaging design, and social media asset development.

Gon’ Fishin’ is the brainchild of years of silly discussions and “what if” moments during family parties. The concept of a turn-based fishing board game was tossed around until one day a concept game board was created using parchment paper taped over a monopoly board.
Multiple rounds of revisions + gameplays later and we had a viable product created and a prototype printed.

During my summer internship as an industrial + graphic designer, I was tasked with conceptualizing point-of-purchase displays for mass production in the sporting goods industry. Clients included Easton, CCM, Reebok, CAT, and more.
The ultimate goal of each display was to drive sales, via engaging, innovative and exciting design solutions.

My main duty as designer for SSG was to lead daily design consultations with various home and business owners, to distill their unique vision and expectations regarding a custom stained glass project. This included guidance through the design, fabrication, installation, and payment processes of each panel.
In addition, I opened up market potential via designing and launching the company’s first website. This steadily increased sales, market presence, as well as productivity & worker morale.

After being approached by various businesses to assist with graphic design, branding, marketing, and assorted creative projects, I started my own freelance business in 2015.
In addition to graphic design, I am an experienced photographer and videographer, regularly working for brands small and large.
